Ports dev #210 and #213. Each PostgreSQL column records default_expression and generated_expression. largest_tables quotes each relation name with format('%I.%I'), and partition_analysis no longer lists index partitions.
Ports dev #211. When the citus extension is installed, discovery reports each table's citus.table_type and fills the existing table fields with logical values read from every shard placement. A new citus section reports nodes, colocation groups, placements and storage. The Citus test fixture FakeConnection gains a closed attribute, which this repo's _collect_schema reads.

Ports dev #210 and #213. This PR and the schema changes PR add a paragraph at the same place in
docs/workload_capture.md. The second one to merge must keep both paragraphs.
